Tipity Hope Ministries — Employer Partnerships
You need reliable workers. We have them. Our residents are pre-screened, randomly drug tested, and required to work as part of a faith-based 6-month recovery program. They're not here by court order — they chose to be here because they want to change their lives.
Not Charity — A Good Hire
Attendance at work is a program requirement. If they don't go to work, they don't stay in the program. It's that simple. You're not gambling on whether someone will show — it's built into the structure.
Every resident is randomly drug tested throughout the entire program. If they fail, they're removed immediately. No second chances. When we send you someone, they're clean — and they're staying clean.
We do not accept individuals with violent or sexual offense convictions. If someone is in our program, they've already passed that check. We did the screening so you don't have to.
Every person in our program is here by choice — not by court order. They chose to enter because they want to change their lives. Nobody works harder than someone who knows what it feels like to have nothing.
A lot of our graduates become long-term employees. They're loyal because you gave them a shot when nobody else would. They're reliable because they've built discipline through the program.
We manage housing, accountability, drug testing, and structure. You just get a worker who shows up on time, passes every test, and is grateful for the opportunity.

We're not asking you to do us a favor. We're offering you pre-screened, sober, motivated workers who are required to show up. That's not charity — that's a good hire.

Every person we refer has been background checked, is actively drug tested, and is required to maintain employment. They're ready to work.
Our residents work real hours for real pay. They have curfews, accountability, and structure behind them. You get a reliable employee from day one.
If there's ever an issue, call us. We're involved in their daily lives and can address problems fast. We want this to work for you as much as it works for them.
Full Transparency — No Surprises
Every resident in our program is here by their own choice. Nobody is court-ordered into Tipity Hope. They applied, they were accepted, and they chose to commit to 6 months of structured recovery. That means the people we send you want to be working.
Residents are randomly drug tested throughout the entire 6-month program. A failed test means immediate removal — no warnings, no second chances. When we refer someone to you, they are verified sober.
We do not accept individuals convicted of violent crimes or sexual offenses. Every resident has been screened before entering the program. We take the safety of our employer partners seriously.
Our residents are your employees. You pay them directly at whatever rate you set. We don't take a cut of their wages. There's no staffing fee, no middleman, no markup.
Residents have a 10 PM curfew Sunday-Thursday and 11 PM Friday-Saturday. If your job requires late hours, let us know in advance and we can approve schedule exceptions for employment.
You'll have direct contact with our program leadership. If a resident isn't performing, isn't showing up, or there's any concern — call us immediately. We handle it.
Common Questions From Employers
No. Every resident in our program is here voluntarily. They applied, were screened, and chose to commit. While some may have legal backgrounds, their participation in Tipity Hope is their own decision — not a court mandate.
No. There is no fee, no staffing charge, and no cut of wages. You hire our residents directly as your employees. We're a ministry, not a staffing agency.
Call us. We'll address it immediately. Our residents know that maintaining employment is a program requirement. If someone isn't meeting your expectations, we want to know so we can either correct it or find you a better fit.
Our residents are available for a wide range of work — warehouse, construction, landscaping, food service, retail, manufacturing, cleaning, and more. Tell us what you need and we'll match you with the right people.
Our residents are your employees, so they fall under your standard employment policies and workers' compensation coverage, just like any other hire. We recommend consulting your insurance provider if you have specific questions.
Absolutely. Many of our graduates continue working for the same employers after completing the program. That's the goal — long-term employment and stability.
