Tipity Hope Ministries ("THM," "we," "us," or "our") operates a faith-based recovery program. This employer portal provides information about hiring residents of our program. THM is NOT a staffing agency, employment agency, temporary labor provider, or employer of record for program residents placed with your company.
When you hire a Tipity Hope resident:
While THM screens program applicants and does not accept individuals with violent crime or sexual offense convictions, THM makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of any background information. Employers are encouraged to conduct their own background checks, drug screenings, and due diligence as part of their standard hiring process. THM's screening is for program admission purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for your own employment screening procedures.
THM conducts random drug testing of program residents. However, THM does not guarantee that any individual is drug-free at the time of employment or at any point during employment. Employers should implement their own workplace drug testing policies as permitted by law.

By partnering with THM, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws in your hiring and employment practices. THM does not tolerate discrimination against program residents based on their recovery status, and we encourage fair and lawful treatment of all employees.
Any information shared with you about a program resident's participation in THM, their recovery status, or their personal background is confidential. You agree not to disclose this information to third parties except as required by law or with the individual's written consent.
